We specialize in the design and manufacturing of advanced nanoscale systems that serve as the foundation<br \/>\n                      for cutting-edge applications in biosensing, photonics, electronics, and medical diagnostics.<\/p>\n<p>Our fabrication processes combine <strong>top-down and bottom-up approaches<\/strong>, enabling the creation of nanostructures with precision, repeatability, and scalability. We utilize techniques such as <strong>electron-beam lithography, soft lithography, nanoimprint lithography, sputtering, thermal evaporation, and wet\/dry etching<\/strong>,<br \/>\n                      depending on the required resolution and material system. These processes allow us to create <strong>complex surface architectures<\/strong> that enhance light\u2013matter interactions, optimize signal detection, and enable selective biological<br \/>\n                      functionalization.<\/p>\n<p>We work with a wide variety of substrates, including <strong>silicon, glass, polymers like Kapton, and flexible platforms<\/strong>, adapting our fabrication strategies to fit the application \u2014 from rigid sensor chips to stretchable<br \/>\n                      and wearable devices. By combining metallic nanostructures (e.g., gold or silver) with dielectric layers, we can engineer <strong>plasmonic hotspots<\/strong> essential for SERS enhancement and other spectroscopic techniques.<\/p>\n<p>In our cleanroom and fabrication environments, <strong>interdisciplinary teams of engineers, physicists, chemists, and biologists<\/strong> collaborate to bring device concepts to life. We also prototype integrated systems, embedding<br \/>\n                      optical and electronic components into our nano-devices to enable autonomous sensing and intelligent feedback.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond fabrication, our work emphasizes <strong>process optimization, reproducibility, and large-area scalability<\/strong>, ensuring our devices are not only high-performing at the lab scale, but also ready for translation to industry,<br \/>\n                      healthcare, and field environments.
