At our lab, <strong>Data Analysis<\/strong> is not just a complementary process \u2014 it is a core component that bridges experimental<br \/>\n                      results with scientific discovery and technological application.<\/p>\n<p>We specialize in analyzing large volumes of data generated from <strong>optical, spectroscopic, microscopic, and electronic measurements<\/strong>, including high-resolution SERS spectra, AFM\/SEM images, fluorescence signals, and time-resolved<br \/>\n                      sensor outputs. These datasets often contain subtle, non-linear patterns that require advanced computational tools to decode.<\/p>\n<p>Our approach integrates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Multivariate statistical analysis<\/strong> (PCA, LDA, PLS) to reduce dimensionality and uncover hidden trends.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Machine learning algorithms<\/strong> (SVM, CNNs, RNNs, k-NN) for classification, prediction, and anomaly detection.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Signal processing<\/strong> techniques (baseline correction, denoising, normalization, peak detection) to prepare and enhance raw data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom-built scripts<\/strong> in MATLAB and Python for automation, visualization, and database management.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data fusion<\/strong> from multiple sources (e.g., combining spectral and morphological data) to improve robustness and reliability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This analytical backbone enables us to <strong>differentiate biological agents<\/strong>, identify trace chemical species, and monitor the performance and stability of our sensors over time.
