{"id":1539,"date":"2024-05-01T09:44:00","date_gmt":"2024-05-01T07:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nanosmartlab.cnr.it\/?p=1539"},"modified":"2025-05-26T10:11:51","modified_gmt":"2025-05-26T08:11:51","slug":"sers-cov-project-results-the-european-nights-of-researchers-in-naples-a-scienz-into-street","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nanosmartlab.cnr.it\/?p=1539","title":{"rendered":"Sers-Cov Project Results @The European Nights of Researchers in Naples \u201c\u2019A scienz int\u2019o Street\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>SERS-Cov<\/strong> project \u2014 <em>&#8220;Advanced Nanobiosensing Platforms for Point-of-Care (POC) Diagnostics and Surveillance&#8221;<\/em> \u2014 officially concluded on <strong>September 30th<\/strong>, marking a significant milestone in the development of innovative biosensing technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Led by <strong>Dr. Lucia Petti<\/strong> (ISASI-CNR) and carried out in close collaboration with <strong>Dr. Giovanna Fusco<\/strong>, Director of the Virology Unit at the Experimental Zooprophylactic Institute of Southern Italy, the project was funded by the <strong>POR CAMPANIA FESR 2014\u20132020<\/strong> program (CUP B53C22003100002).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This afternoon, some of the final outcomes of the project were presented by <strong>Dr. Amalia D\u2019Avino<\/strong> during the <strong>European Researchers&#8217; Night<\/strong> in <strong>Piazza del Ges\u00f9, Naples<\/strong>, highlighting the team\u2019s latest advances in biophotonic and bioplasmonic technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the heart of this project is the ambition to create a rapid, reliable, and highly sensitive method for detecting <strong>SARS-CoV-2<\/strong> in complex biological matrices.
